The dumbbells are not eligible for refunds once they have left our warehouse. If you would like to view them prior to purchasing, kindly call our office to arrange a viewing at 647-218-4480.
We offer a 30 day straight exchange in the event of any manufacturers defects for all dumbbell purchases, valid beginning the date of pickup or the date the item is delivered. Dumbbells exchanged for defects will be inspected by our staff on-site. Exchanges will only be issued for manufacturer defects and not general wear and tear or purposeful damage.
- For deliveries in the GTA, please select "Dumbbell Shipping - GTA ONLY" $0.00 at checkout. Deliveries will ship within 5-7 days by private courier. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery and you will be given an exact date ahead of time. *normally $20, GTA includes Toronto, Pickering, Ajax, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan/Woodbridge/Maple, Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville.
- For deliveries in Ontario & Quebec, please select "Dumbbell Shipping - Ontario & Quebec" $50.00 at checkout. Deliveries will ship within 5-7 days and require a signature. *normally $100
- For deliveries in the rest of Canada outside Ontario/Quebec, please select "Dumbbell Shipping - Across Canada" $100.00 at checkout. Deliveries will ship within 5-7 days and require a signature. *normally $140

Returns & Shipping Policy
Your orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the time of the order. All orders regardless of contents, are subject to delay during this unprecedented time. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is shipped. Curbside pick-up is available please contact us for more details.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
